Provide first class property management and brokerage services to residential condominium associations and investment properties, located in and around Metro Boston, through open communication and financial transparency.

Principals:

Stephen V. Lewis IV, MBA, CMCA:

A graduate of the Babson College MBA program with a focus in entrepreneurship. Before attending Babson full-time, Steve worked for Iron Mountain, Inc, the leader in information and records management, in several positions including accounting, sales, and database development. Most recently Steve has been employed as a consultant for Genus Resources, a family business consulting firm, which provides a unique perspective on how the business system interacts with the human side, the community. Steve attended Boston College and graduated with a degree in Finance. He is originally from upstate New York . In addition, Steve is a licensed real estate Broker in Massachusetts . Steve has first hand knowledge of property managers, having dealt with them for five years as a member of his condominium's Board of Trustees.


Bryan D. Phelps, MBA, CMCA:

Bryan has an extensive real estate background and most recently worked in the asset management and acquisitions groups at Fleet Boston Financial. Previously, Bryan managed ninety tax credit properties for Michel Associates of Boston. Bryan also spent several years working as a financial analyst in the asset management department at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Prior to his real estate experience, Bryan worked in several related industries, including time as a corporate property insurance broker at Marsh & McLennan. Bryan has a vast knowledge of the inter-workings of complex buildings, having assisted in the management of several family owned properties since 1990. Bryan obtained his MBA from Babson College. Bryan received his undergraduate degree from Boston College majoring in Finance. Bryan is a licensed real estate Broker in Massachusetts. Bryan also holds a Construction Supervisors License in the State of Massachusetts #CS 99065. Bryan also sits on the Board of Trustees for his condominium association.
