Referral Rewards:

Harvest Properties will reward ANY person with a $100 American Express Gift Cheque for the referring a residential property of three or more units that results in a one year or longer property management contract for our firm.

For condominium owners that are existing Harvest Properties clients, we will pay ONE MONTH'S CONDOMINIUM FEE for referring a residential property of three or more units that results in a one year or longer property management contract for our firm.


Discount Rewards:

For current management clients of Harvest Properties, we offer a .5% discount on our already competitive brokerage commision rate to sell your property.
