September	Harvest Properties recently signed a contract with the Brickstone Park Condominium Association in Melrose, MA. The building consists of 14 condominium units.
September	Harvest Properties welcomes the 15 Lafayette Condominium Association to the management portfolio. The 12 unit association is located in Wakefield.
September	The Winter Hill Condominium Association joined the management portfolio in September. We welcome this 9 unit association!

July	The Andrew Square Condominium Association joined the management portfolio in July. This 7 unit condominium complex further expands our presence in South Boston.
July	The Simpson Court Condominium Association is a 12 unit condominium building located in Charlestown. We are excited to begin serving the association and board.
June	The 1401 Centre Street Condominium Association was added to the portfolio in June. The townhouse style condominiums are located in Jamaica Plain.
June	Harvest Properties welcomes the addition of the 119 Dorchester Street Condominium Association. The 10 unit building is located in South Boston.
June	Harvest Properties is please to announce the addition of this 10 unit apartment building to the management portfolio. The building is located in Braintree.
June	The New Sherry Block Condominium Association was added to the management portfolio in June. This brand new 23 unit condominium building is located in the heart of Lynn.
March	Harvest Properties took over management of the Mount Vernon Condominium Association in March. The 30 unit condominium building is located in Melrose, MA.
March	Harvest Properties has recently added this 3 unit condominium association to our property management client list. The association is located on Green Street in Cambridge. We look forward to serving the owners of this formerly self-managed property.
March	Harvest Properties was featured in the March 11-17, 2005 edition of the Boston Business Journal. The article, titled "Young entrepreneurs find niche in managing condos" was written by Tom Witkowski. The article has helped to further spread the word about our services accross the Metro Boston area.

February	We are pleased to announce the addition of Wedgewood Condominiums as a management client. The property is a 16 unit condominium association, located in Stoneham. Harvest Properties is excited to work with all of the owners of this North Shore community association!
January	Harvest Properties is excited to announce the addition of Boston Machine Lofts to our management portfolio. The property is newly renovated and consists of 30 loft style condominium units in downtown Lynn. We look forward to working with all of the owners and trustees of this new association!
December	Harvest Properties futher expanded its portfolio of managed buildings in the historic North End. The property is located on Commercial Street and is comprised of 10 condominiums. July	Harvest Properties recently acted as the buyers agent in a condominium transaction on Selwyn Street in Roslindale. The transaction was made complex due to the fact that during the process the buyers were out of state, had a new baby girl, and were under a strict timeframe due to a job relocation.
