Harvest Properties makes an extra effort to provide our clients with online tools and resources that are helpful to homeowners in the associations that we manage. We have two levels of resources, a section that is general and available to all homeowners through our Client Resources page, and an association specific section that is password protected and requires the homeowner to have a username and password.
The Client Resources section of the Harvest Properties website currently includes:
- Change of address or contact information form
- Work order request form
- Link to pay condominium fees on-line
- Form to set up ACH (Automatic) payment of condominium fees
- Link to request insurance certificate
- 6(D) certificate request
- Feedback survey
The Association specific section of the website is customized per association, and can include:
- Monthly financial statements
- Annual budgets
- Governing documents – master deed, declaration, rules & regulations
- Contracts
- Meeting minutes
- Insurance policies
- Copies of reserve studies
