With any properties there comes a time when major building systems or components need to be replaced or restored. Harvest Properties can assist in coordination of large scale capital improvement and maintenance projects.
Harvest Properties works with our clients to determine the appropriate steps to take when embarking on a large scale project. A capital improvement project would be any project over a contracted dollar amount that is not a recurring monthly maintenance item. Our services include.
- Coordination of engineers, consultants, and project managers
- Bid solicitation
- Analysis of funding mechanisms – loans, assessments, etc.
- Contract negotiation
- On-site supervision

- Administration of warranties
Harvest Properties charges for these services either based on an agreed upon percentage of the total project cost or an hourly management fee.
